Fair Usage Policy

The Zixflow Fair Usage Policy aims to ensure a positive experience for every user of our platform. It outlines guidelines for API usage limits and records storage to prevent misuse or abuse of shared resources.

• Daily API Fair Usage Limit: Our public API includes a fair usage policy to maintain a consistent experience across workspaces. All POST and PATCH endpoints are limited to 200 requests per second per workspace, regardless of plan or subscription. This limit excludes CSV imports, allowing you to migrate up to 100,000 records at a time without restrictions. Email and SMS sending are also exempt so you can support your communication needs.
• Soft Limit for Unlimited Records: Zixflow offers unlimited records storage with a soft limit of 1,000,000 contacts to protect platform performance for all users.

Exceeding the 1,000,000 contact limit?

1. If you are on the XCRM or ONE plan and have more than 10 sales representatives, contact our support team to expand your limit. We understand that every business is unique and can discuss custom requirements as needed.
2. If you are on the Marketing plan, you must send a minimum of 800,000 messages monthly across all channels. If you are approaching the soft limit, reach out to the support team to explore higher capacity.

Under marketing plans for the WhatsApp channel, you can add one number on the free trial, two numbers on Starter, four numbers on Growth, and eight numbers on Enterprise.

We reserve the right to adjust this policy and its limits based on user feedback, usage patterns, and other factors. Any updates will be communicated in a timely and transparent manner.

We expect all users to adhere to this Fair Usage Policy and to use Zixflow responsibly. Any violations may result in account suspension or termination.
